1, Applicable scope:

Mainly suitable for measuring the mechanical strength of PVC insulated cables or rubber insulated and extra flexible wires with a rated voltage of 450/750V or below, and with two or more cores. Its performance and structure should meet the national standards of GB/T 5013.2-2008, GB/T 5013.8-2008, and GB/T 5023.2-2008. The instrument have the characteristics of novel appearance design, reliable performance and structure, convenient operation, dual use of one machine, and high accuracy of test data. Reserve RS232, RS485, or Ethernet universal communication interfaces for the output and retrieval of experimental data. IEC60227-2:2003

3. Testing:

1) Test sample types: two core single-phase, two core three-phase, three core three-phase, three core four phase. Equipped with a DC 12V signal current source.

2) Testing methods: No load, single-phase (two core), three-phase (three-phase three wire/three-phase four wire), cables with more than five cores, and cables with less than 18 cores can be selected at any time.

3) Test sample failure inspection:

  • Ammeter indication: A, B, and C phases are disconnected and automatically shut down.
  • Current indication: A/B, A/C, B/C short circuit and ringing alarm to automatically shut down.
  • Current indication: A, B, C and pulley short circuit alarm and automatic shutdown.
  • For samples with five or more cores, no load current is applied. As long as the wire cores are connected in series to V-V, the panel signal source displays a DC voltage of 12V. If there is a circuit breaker, the system will automatically stop.
