It meets the requirements of GB/T 20284-2006 standard "Monomer Combustion Test of Building Materials or Products" and the EN13823 "Monomer Combustion Test Method (SBI)" test standard requirements.

Scope of application:

A method used to determine the fire reactivity of building materials or articles (excluding flooring materials and products specified in EC Decision 2000/147/EC) in the Single Combustion Test (SBI).

Performance parameters:

The equipment includes a combustion test room, a control room, a trolley, a smoke exhaust pipe, a data collection and analysis device, and a gas supply control device.

1.Combustion test room: L3000*W3000*H2400(MM), the top of the room is connected with the sampling pipe collection hood and smoke exhaust pipe, there is a space under the cart for air to enter and exit naturally. During the test, the heat released by the combustion of the sample and the combustion products should be discharged from the smoke exhaust pipe and built with a brick wall.

2. Ignition source, 31KW propane right-angle sandbox burner (side length 250MM and height 80MM) placed in the vertical corner of the cart.

3. A comprehensive sampling area is provided in the smoke exhaust pipe for placing sensors and sampling pipes.

4. Smoke exhaust speed: 0.50 cubic meters/s ~ 0.65 cubic meters/s.

5. The ambient temperature measurement in the laboratory: K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 1MM, environmental pressure test: ±200Pa.

6. Exhaust flue temperature measurement: imported K-type armored thermocouple with a diameter of 0.5.

7. Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.5°C.

8. High-precision pressure sensor for exhaust flue, with an accuracy of ±2Pa

9. Time recording system accuracy: 0.1S.

10. Test time: 1~30 minutes adjustable setting.

11. The smoke density measurement system can measure the smoke density in the test process.
